Some of my billiards are non-standard looking, to a certain degree. They are my take on the billiard shape. If you check smokingpipes.com and search billiards, you will see some pretty wild and funky looking billiards. with hefty prices from our European brothers and sisters who are well known, established artisans. Some of the strange billiards bear a triple digit price tag.
The whole point of being an artisan is finding your niche and designing your own pipes. The pipe makers at the pipe makers forum wouldn't dare bashing those European artisan's billiards.
Don't let narrow minded traditionalist reign in your creative juices.
